On the positive side, I guess we should be grateful that USA at least has license tests in the first place. My experience in Cairo leaves me not quite sure if Egyptian drivers are required to take a test to get their license...

This is not an international ranking. However, if it was I tell you, Singapore would certainly be TOP OF THE LIST! (as they claim to be for many other things, they will also be for this category)
