A short update about the donations
There are many contries organizing collects around the world and we expect them to transfer the money in the following days.
Special thanks to following countries which are coordinating actiong to gather money for Sofia:
Guatemala: They're organizing a collect and they will send the money next friday with a mexican trainee. If you are in this country contact Gaby P�rez Office: 5918-6468 email: anagab@ufm.edu.gt
Cono Sur: Community in Chile is organizing a collects and will try to send the money as soon as they can. Contact Ruben for more info if you are in these countries (Chile / Argentina / Uruguay) mailto:countriesruben.marquardtroman@aiesec.net
Brazil: Member are organizing collects among them and alumni to raise money. They will transfer the money in Aug. 31st. If you are in Brazil contact Manuela M. Czinar alumni@aiesecalumni.org.br
Indonesia: Members of this country are organizing collects among trainees and alumni. Please contac Adrian.Vargas@aiesec.net if you are in Indonesia.
India: Trainees from Satyam (company in India) are also organizing collects.
CAS: MC of this country is organizing donationg to gather money to send them to Mexico soon.

Canada: MC is coordinating activities to fundraise within the country. Contact arazn@ca.aiesec.org if you are in Canada and want to contribute.
Also Mexican LC's are fundraising money by themselves, we have set a minimum of donation per LC setting this monday as deadline. Congrats and thanks to the team of LC Veracruz who already donated the 1500 dollars.
Hello, just a brief update of what is going on right now, Mexican government is taking diplomatic actions to get Sofia accepted in one of the hospitals from the possible hosting countries (Italy, UK, Germany and The Nederlands) once she gets accepted in one of them, it will be much more easier and faster to determine the exact amount needed. We will be posting this as soon as we have it. Thanks you very much for your support.
