My only hope is that Hamas realizes it now has the power for peace. Like when Sharon was elected, or when Nixon extended the olive branch to China, these people of extremes have a great amount of power when they reach for the middle. Fatah was so illegitimate and corrupt that there would have never been peace under that regime.

I think this leave us with a bigger question, is Democracy the right option for every one ? coz i think humans in extreme situations make extreme choices, choices that are not based in rational thinking but on emotional reactions. and i think the emotion that is dominante so far is being desprate and no hope for a resolution for palestanians pease is a myth that has ben going for 30 years.
