I met Jesse in one of the famous Austin Reception Weekends :) .
I also went to the Tequilazo together (http://pedroadrian.nomadlife.org/2005/06/tequlazo.aspx)
When I was in Cameroon I was supose to see him but he got sick.

Cheers to Jenny for making it there! Jesse partied with this girl at a conference in China a few years ago. Her first time out of the country was on a traineeship to Czech Rep where I met her in January. Then, she was just talking about visiting Jesse. Didn't think she'd make it considering the fact that she had to get a visa to go to Vienna just to get a visa to Cameroon since there was no embassy in Prague.

His foreign name is Jesus Da Silva, and when he uses it, people actually believe he is a foreigner...those who've heard him talk will tell you the last nationality you would guess for Jesse is American. Hanging out with Jesse meant for me to refrain from the use of regular cutlery for the more fashionable chopsticks, a daily read of Merriam-Webster Dictionary, and all things erotic.
Alternative cooking afficionado, Spanish language molester, or simply Enthrallingly Erotic, Jesse is definetly one of the most interesting characters in my AIESEC generation.

one time jesse and i went to the bakery and there was a crowd at the counter. i thought he was going to buy a sandwich, but he didn't. he just walked outside. i asked him if he had a problem with crowds, and apparently that offended him. we haven't spoken since.

i was enrolled in the feminism class, chicana/latina sexuality, when i first met jesse. he first caught my eye when he gave a powerful and persuasive presentation in front of the class that made me think he was a passionate gay male feminist from argentina who was there to help end the inequalities faced by women of the world. i soon found out that he was there to get into our pants. who can say "no" to that big dirty baby? oh, and he would always steal toilet paper from the bathroom at school instead of buying his own-he sat right in front of me with his bookbag always carelessly open.....cheers to jesse!

oh, so that's where I got that habit from...I used to steal toilet paper from work and take it home. Then I discovered the tp brand with the cute labrador puppy on it and stopped stealing

sources close to me have recently revealed information about a bearded, oebo who appears to be using his multi-lingual abilities to advance the poppulist cause in rural west-central africa.
