United Nations desperately lacking a clue
What the hell were they smoking at UN headquarters when they were working on this report?
"NEW strains of highly potent cannabis are as dangerous as heroin and cocaine and the drug can no longer be dismissed as soft and relatively harmless, the United Nations has warned."Any nomads out there know much about the UN Office on Drugs and Crime? My instinct is that some bat shit insane evangelical in the US government managed to make saying something like this a pre-condition for recieving US funding - but could it be that they are actually believing this shite?
