Would be interesting to talk to Warren Murphy about this. He's the one who registered the domain. If this was real I doubt he would leave his contact details that openly:

well, they also said, the page should be run by some Spanish friend of theirs... (hihi, and not some imperialist american)
I read few questions and answers.. and I find the style of writing first - really too brainwashly silly...
second - they have excellent English, not entirely school English, which one would expect..
third - strange is that all those supposed Koreans that write there, have exactly the same style of writing - more like one person to me ...
fourth - they mentioned they dont know western lampposts (when asked to compare them to Korean)... but they know things like LoL and :-) ... and I dont think you can be aware of those if you are not exposed to internet or chat for some time...
... so I would see this more like a joke than real thing...
