I wonder what are they gonna do about speeding in winter time :o))...
btw it seems the cars did slow down, but it looked like there is a new problem appearing on the streets... traffic jams :P

OK, so it's obvious that I'm no saint, but I enjoy a good amount of speeding. 'specially here in america. regardless...
I just got back from sweden... Not really a place you ever would want to speed. We went to denmark... Don't want to speed there either. If you compared american fines to nordic fines on moving violations, i think you'll find that things are a bit more steep. and by steep, I'm talking K2 type steep.
I will never complain about a 100 dollar ticket.... um... much...
