The title of the post threw me off a bit. Power obviously doesn't equate to beauty.
Remember Fiorina. It doesn't take much to fall from grace. Certainly Condoleezza's legacy of power is overstated. Anything W. touches turns to pudding, and he's rubbing off on her.
HRC is the only one I predict moving up on this list, and she'll be number one if she wins in '08.
