This is the message on the Cairo International Bookfair's website. This is supposed to be one of the largest fairs of its kind in the world. I was there on the weekend and can definitely verify that claim. And then you see something like this. Perhaps the organizers need to charge more than 1 LE (16 cents US) for entry or at least have their sponsors buck up so they can afford a website.

Website or no website, if you're in Cairo, go to the bookfair. There are a ton of used books for bargain basement prices.
