Switzerland invade Liechtenstein
A 171-man Swiss company invaded neighbours Liechtenstein earlier this week, after their commanding officer made a wrong turn in a forest, at night.
Liechtenstein's response: "It's not like they invaded with attack helicopters."
I wish I could have said this came from some website like The Onion. In this case, however, the BBC has more details! :)

sounds strange but it's based on logic...they just got lost, and crossed the border...! what should liechenstein do? wage war on switzerland? :-) i think they just had the right reaction, and that's trust between neighbours for you...
not many neighbour countries in the world would treat this case with the same logic. try it between greece and turkey and see what happens!

This is, in fact, the first incident of an army entering a Western European country without an "invitation" since the 2nd World War.

Speaking of border violation, the northern border of Indonesia and Malaysia is quite tense right now with our Navy staring down territorial violence by the Malaysian marine boats.

hahaha, I am quite sure this happens all the time. Companies walking into neighboring countries like France and Germany by accident...
